Question : I am having major right hand pain. Trigger finger in my right pinky finger; right pointer finger knuckle joint hurts to touch, the underside of my hand hurts to touch by both my pointer finger and pinky finger. I am having an x-ray scheduled soon but thought I'd check to see if there is an idea of what it may be. No tingling or anything that leads me to believe I have carpal tunnel.
I'm also having all over body pain for the last few weeks. More than sore muscles from doing anything. Everything hurts to move. The all over body pain has occurred about the same time as the hand problems/pain.

                                    Brief Answer:
Can be arthritis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The pain in the hand and knuckle joint that you are having without any tingling or numbness is likely to be related to arthritis. This can be related to mild tendonitis also. The diagnosis is mainly based on the clinical symptoms and examination. Rest and a hot compress followed by application of a local analgesic gel can help. You can also start with mild pain killers like Aleve and see if it helps.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
