Question : last friday had cold symptoms. last night i had severe shivering and cramping. i fee beat up, my sinuses are clear but my lungs are congested. i don't think i have a fever. i am afraid of pneumonia, i had it in 1994 amd 2001

You are concerned that you may have pneumonia. I also concerned that you may have pneumonia. With your having recent fever chills shivering and lung congestion all these signs point to pneumonia. The only way you can be certain about pneumonia is to see your medical provider. If your provider is not available then I recommend that you go to an urgent care center or emergency room. Waiting could put you at more risk for untreated pneumonia.
