Question: last friday had cold symptoms. last night i had severe shivering and cramping. i fee beat up, my sinuses are clear but my lungs are congested. i don't think i have a fever. i am afraid of pneumonia, i had it in 1994 amd 2001

The only way you can be certain about pneumonia is to see your medical provider. If your provider is not available then I recommend that you go to an urgent care center or emergency room. Waiting could put you at more risk for untreated pneumonia.
