Brief Answer:
anti inflammatory pain killers

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Pharyngitis (inflammation and infection of the pharynx) is normally caused by a viral infection though bacterial infection can occur.
In the absence of fever however, bacterial infection is not as likely.

Normally the course of infection is 3 to 7 days though this can vary from one person to the other.

Since the tylenol is not working for you then you may want to consider anti inflammatory pain killers. These would help to reduce the inflammatory response due the viral infection.
Eg are naproxen, ibuprofen, diclofenac, ketoprofen

One of these can be used in conjunction with the oral sprays or lozenges.
Anagesic/antiseptic sprays such as chloroseptic or covonia may help best.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
