What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps, Vomiting And Diarrhea After A Cortisone Shot?

Question: I take 9 meds for a heart condition, Plavix is one 75 mg (I had a heart attack in 2006 and have 2 stents. I had a cortisone shot in my knee on Friday for arthritis, at 2 this afternoon I started with severe cramps in my stomach, and then vomited my chicken wrap that I took 4 bites from only food I had today, I then had severe diarhhea since 2 PM after initial explosive diarhhea for 2 hrs now I have had only red blood from the colon. It is now 12 midnight and I continue to have cramps and red blood with a gel like substance from my colon coming out of my rectum. Should I go to emergency room. The cramps were not as severe now, will this bleeding stop on it's own. It's occurring once every 1/2 hr.
