Brief Answer:
The side effect of I-pill.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thanks for trusting us about her health care.
I can understand your concern here.
The abdominal pain is a side effect of I-pill and may be resolved in 2-3 days.
You can take some pain killer, hot water bag and local pain killer application for pain.
She should take a healthy and nutritious diet, drink a lot of water, keep her calm and cool and take proper rest.
Other side effects are nausea, vomiting, headache and menstrual irregularities and these side effects may resolve in 2-3 days and menstrual irregularities can persist for 2-3 cycles.
She will be normal in 2-3 days.
Hope it is useful, feel free to ask more questions.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
2-3 cycle not 2-3 period in one month.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I can understand your concern here.
I mean to say that it can disturbed her menstrual cycle for 2-3 months, it means 2-3 cycle not 2-3 period in one month.
It may delayed her period or period may come early for 1-2 week from expected time period ( means 1 june).
Hope it is clear, give her some green tea, lot of fluids, healthy and nutritious diet, good sleep and some yoga and meditation.
Good luck.
Regards
