Brief Answer:
Gastritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Pain abdomen in the mornings is usually acute gastritis. Here is what you should do

1. Syp Mucaine gel 2 tsp can be taken for pain relief, I usually give tab hyoscine butylbromide along with it for instant relief
2. Tab Omeprazole should be taken before breakfast for 5 days
3. Follow a bland diet
4. Avoid milk and milk products

Such severe pain has to be evaluated, please approach a GP as soon as possible. I recommend you to get an ultrasound of the abdomen and routine blood tests like complete blood count and urine routine.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
