Brief Answer:
Acute enteritis most likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello my dear,
I have gone through your question.

Your symptoms refer mostly to an acute gastroenteritis (infection of bowels). - For the time being, I'd suggest to drink more water, take Tasectan, probiotics to improve digestion and oral rehydration salts (O.R.S) for dehydration due to vomiting.

OTC Zofran(Ondansetron) 4 mg can be taken twice daily to control nausea. Shivering is suggestive of ongoing infection in the blood.

If your nausea and pain do not have any improvement within a while, then, should go for some more investigations to identify the real culprit. I'd suggest, then, to do an abdominal ultrasound, fecal microscopy examination for ova/parasites, feces occult blood, leucocytes in feces, and complete blood profile.

Hope it answered to your question!
