Brief Answer:
Acid peptic disease / peptic ulcer
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of an inflammation of the the stomach or a peptic ulcer. When the stomach is empty, the acid irritates the inflammed area / ulcer and produces the pain. The same produces poor appetite and nausea.
I shall be happy to answer further queries if you have.
Take care

do u think its also related to my appendix
Brief Answer:
unlikely to be appendicitis.
Detailed Answer:
The pain of appendicitis starts around the umbilicus and then moves to the right lower abdomen. It is an acute pain and does not go off on getting up or drinking water or milk or eating.
An OTC antacid will give a temporary relief in an acid related pain.
It would be good to see a doctor who will examine you and advise tests and investigation like endoscopy to make a diagnosis.
