Question : Had severe pain in stomach and right side yesterday-reg. vicodan wouldn't touch because I needed fast relief so shot a Kahlua relieved then had bloody bowel movement this morning and then each time I have urinated still bleeding really bad. Have had a lido patch on stomach for pain 2day just worried bright red blood. Guess I should go to er 2mrw and have another colonoscopy. Get this every year at this time but keep thinking it's something I'm eating but this was red even when I didn't have a bowel movement. I urinate often (have only 1 full kidney). a lot of blood in the bowel movement was covered. What do you think?

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it cannot be commented because when you have bleeding per rectum it is very common to have urine stained with blood which a patient specially a female cannot distinguish . But this need evaluation on urgent basis , I will suggest you to go to ER and seek immediate help .
A USG abdomen is always necessary along with p/r examination and colonoscopy if required . A possibility of inflammatory bowel disease and associated arthritis exists for which you need evaluation .
Take care.
