Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of severe pain in stomach on stretching or when you make a sudden move. It feels as if a ball or a mass goes under ribs - gets stuck. Can actually see the bulge under skin under breast. You have not mentioned to you Doctor - What makes it to describe.

I was wondering the reasons for not telling your Doctor; he/she would have by this time examined clinically and might have ordered the required investigations.

Such a problem can occur because of the following reasons:
Intestinal obstruction.
Internal herniation.

Please give additional information:
Do you get nausea or vomiting?
Bloating, constipation?
Since when has this started?
Any aggravating or relieving factors?

Awaiting for your feedback.

It gets aggravated if I contract my stomach. It gets better after a long while sometimes I need to just stretch out that part of my body and go through the pain until it slowly starts to go away. Yes, I do get nausea but not necessarily when I'm going through the pain. I don't suffer from constipation. On the contrary, I was diagnosed with ibs a while back. I haven't been to the doctor because it's always something with me. I've had 1O surgeries in the past 13 years. I always feel like here we go again. But it's getting to the point where am going to have to go. I can't even laugh on the spur of the moment because the pain gets me. The thing is it's not necessary on one side

Brief Answer:
details of surgeries.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The expanded history helps.
Please give a bit detail about the 10 surgeries you have gone through, were they on abdomen?

Getting a plain X-ray of the abdomen in standing position when in pain can help the diagnosis as also the contrast study for the intestines.

Yes . I've had 2 laricopic surgeries done. One for a historic XXXXXXX another one for an incisional and umbilical hernias. The incisional hernia surgery was because I had a disk replaces and they entered through my stomach. That produced the incisional hernia.

Brief Answer:
Enteroclysis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks again for the detailed history.
Your problem looks to be due to partial obstruction of the intestines post surgeries.
I would advise you the following:
Please get the enteroclysis- the contrast study for the intestines and your problem may be diagnosed.
Once diagnosed, further treatment can be planned as per the reports.

Can you tell me how bad this could be?
doctor
Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (4 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
May be a partial obstruction.

Detailed Answer:
Since you have no vomiting, generalized bloating, this looks to be a partial obstruction hence not serious/bad as such.
But definitely warrant investigations to plan a treatment, either conservative or so.
