What Causes Severe Stomach Pain While On Paxil?

Question: Does Paxil ingredients contain aspirin or salicylates because I am occasionally having very bad stomach pain that put me in the hospital for three days they found nothing wrong with me and has happened in more than one occasion

Hi and welcome. Paxil doesn't contain salicilates so it shouldn't cause allergic reaction in people who are allergict aspirin.also,it has less irritative effect on stomach mucosa.
