if you press thumb in swelling is there pitting
overlying skin changes in color , temperature
remains persistent 24 hrs or more when work or move

2. Left leg is absolutely normal or less swelling than right
3. Systemic problems as fever , breathlessness , weight alterations in recent
4. Current medications of thyroid , heart problems , blood thinners
5. Thyroid work up done when at last under control levels
6. Activity level
7. Smoking if any

My right leg has swollen all the way up my left is net swollen at all my activity is low have troble getting my breathe have gained 5 pounds in the last few days only blood thinner is aspirin
