Question : Recently I noticed my testicles (or one) is enlarged. I don't notice any change in color however that side is sensitive (sore) if pressed like when I cross my legs or sit down in a way that presses against. My groin.

I will like to know if this testis is very much enlarged than the other.

Also, if you don’t press on it, would you feel any pain ? If possible, please send an image to me for further review so that I can see if ether is any noticeable change in terms of size and the color of the overlying skin. Do you have any symptoms beside that like burning urination, fever, frequent urination in small quantities ?

Let me hear from you at your earliest convenience. For now, supportive underwear and avoid picking on it always is enough.

It is very much larger. Perhaps 3x bigger. No burning or change in urination.. I don't understand your comment about picking on it. I'll see if I can get an image to you.

The only possible cause of such a rapid increase in the size of your testis is a build up of fluid. I will suggest that you go to the nearest doctor for evaluation and management.
