Question : I have aching thighs (front part) at night that prevent me from sleeping. Even when I take over-the-counter pain melds it doesn't help.
Brief Answer:
Get investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query.
Problem you are facing may be due to many reasons like dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, diabetes.
So I advise you to get fasting blood sugar, serum, sodium, potassium, calcium done and send me the report.
Till then have tab. aceclofenac100mg + thiocolchicoside4mg combination and tab. levocarnitine by prescription of your family doctor as this is not over the counter.
Have adequate liquid in diet.
Do yoga daily.
I hope you got the point.
Thanks,
