Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message. I think I can help you.
First, stop tobacco. the solution from tobacco itself can cause pain.
You are already on antibiotics and painkillers.
I suggest addition of following.
1. warm saline gargles 4 times a day
2. steam inhalation 4 times a day,
3. multivitamins course once a day
4. plenty of fluids.
If it doesn't get better meet up with a ENT SPECIALIST to rule out cancer of throat that's so common in tobacco chewers.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal
