Brief Answer:
teeth infection, RCT, extraction, medication

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as The pain in the teeth and jaw is considered it can be because of the teeth infection.
If i am your treating doctor, For the infection and severe pain, I would have suggested you to take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic) for infection. You can take analgesics like diclofenac for the pain.
No need to panic, consult a oral physician and take a radiograph to check the status of teeth and bone level.
If sufficient tooth structure and bone support is there, then the teeth can be restored with root canal treatment and crown.
If sufficient tooth structure is not present, then the teeth should be removed.
The treatment plan what i described is based on your description of the condition of the teeth. If you can upload the photographs of the teeth, I can tell you the exact treatment plan.
I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
If any queries are there, then reply me back.
