Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: male/18 - supper abdominal pain - since this morning - took Tylenol (Acetaminophen/Paracetamol) yesterday night - to ease pain in anal area with bump that you think is hemorrhoids - Also taking Acticlate (Doxycyclin Hyclate) for acne - wants to know whether Tylenol caused this...
My thoughts and opinion:
Tylenol is Paracetamol also called Acetaminophen and is not known to cause pain or gastric upset particularly in the upper abdomen. Hence I do not think that it can be the reason for pain in the upper abdomen.
Acticlate contains Doxycyclin Hyclate, and can cause such pains but you must have been taking it for a long time.
Please give additional information for me to assist you better:
What is the character of pain that is type - like burning, discomfort, twisting, coming and going off or so?
Any nausea or vomiting,
Any other symptoms associated with the present problems?
Any bloating, loose stools or constipation?
Any travelling of pain to the shoulder, chest, back or so?
Please give detailed history as it helps sometimes for diagnosis.Awaiting.

Consult your Doctor/' General Surgeon for proper examination and investigations if any like upper GI Endoscopy.
Take Ranitidine or Omeprazole.
Antacid Liquid every three hours.
Fresh home-cooked food that is bland, without chilly and spices.
