Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
No,but further tests are definitely required. First check your red blood count to rule out anemia which can be caused by upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Such bleeding can cause coffee like stool and upper abdominal pain and underlying cause is mostly peptic ulcer of inflammatory bowel diseases. If there is anemia then you need to do gastroscopy and colonoscopy. If there is no anemia then there is no need to hurry with tests but in future, more detailed gastroenterologic work up is neccesary.
WIsh you good health.
