Question: I am having a lot of vaginal pain with abnormal bleeding from couple of days...I am not able to control urine and feels like going often...please advice

is there any home remedy..its 3 am...this never happened before...I am scared as I got married last month and also there is a delay in my periods by 10 days...I did the pregnancy test but that's negative too...please advice what's not right and what can be done

Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to reply earlier.

Irregularity of periods is a common problem faced by many women. I would suggest you to visit a gynecologist and get a complete urinalysis, lower abdominal ultrasound done to evaluate the cause. No home remedy suggested. All you can do at home is to apply hot compress to your lower abdomen, which may provide some comfort.

Furthermore, let me mention that if you are not planning to get pregnant very soon, taking low dose estrogen pills (which act as hormonal contraceptives), may help in controlling the irregularity and the pain associated with your periods.
