Question : Patient Name: Dr. XXXXXXX 30 years, Female .

Chief complaint –
Initially spotting for 7 days ; Bleeding for 13+ days (Moderate Flow)

Have taken Tablet Pause(Tranexamic Acid 500mg) Thrice daily for 1 day.
Bleeding completely stopped for 2 days and then started again.

Have history of Benign Intracranial Hypertension + CSF Rhinorrhea induced after taking OC pills.
Had an episode of Menorrhagia in Feb 2015 for which OC pills were taken for 1 cycle which lead to ICT followed by CSF Rhinorrhea.

Was operated for CSF Rhinorrhea 4 months back.

Brief Answer:
Transvaginal ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic
I have seen the attached report and since all major reports are normal except low vitamin D and low indices of iron I would suggest a transvaginal ultrasound from an experienced radiologist
She cannot be given hormones due to previous history
So tranexemic acid plus ethamsylate will be a good option for her.
Take this combination for 3 times a day along with rest.
Get the ultrasound done and then we can discuss further
