Brief Answer:
Benign positional vertigo
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic and thanks for putting up the query
Your complaints are suggestive of benign positional vertigo in which a change in head position stimulates an episode of vertigo. The attacks can be aggravated by sore throat or nasal congestion which can cause labyrinthitis and hence the symptoms.
Take tablet betahistine 16 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day.
Do bppv exercises which you can find online or download an app VERTIGO.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Take care
Thanks and regards
