What Causes Severe Vomiting Along With Cold Hands And Feet?

Question: My GF has been vomiting for the past 10 hours and her skin is VERY cold to the touch. she refuses to let me take her to the ER. how concerned should I be?

Cold skin is indicative of decreased blood flow to the skin. This may indicate a drop in blood pressure or increase in the vascular tone to divert the blood to more vital areas.
Does she have any abdominal pain? Does she have any other symptoms like fever or loose motions or high colored urine? If there is a chance for pregnancy then it would be better to go to the ER to exclude a tubal pregnancy.

Last time she woke up she was coughing also. Complains of being hot even though its chili.
