Brief Answer:
Need immediate medical assistance, send to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health situation your daughter is in.

Vomiting and diarrhea are signs of possible:
- Gastroenteritis (bowel infection)
- food poisoning

As she is disabled, she needs intravenous fluids replacement and medication until she will be totally able to keep good ( with more vomiting).

You should give her :
- plenty of water with oral rehydration salts
- tasectan or pepto bismol to stop diarrhea
- probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora
- light meals(yogurt, chicken soup, apple sauce, banana, toast)

Once again, these first days until she will keep food, should ask for medical help, send to ER for intravenous fluids and medications.

Wish fast recovery.
