Question : Strong vomiting last few hours, chills, musle aches and pains. Little or no appetite. Did extensive workout at the gym yesterday.

You probably have gastritis from the Mortin. Take Gaviscon which may give relief. If not relieved you would require a PPI like Omeprazole. The bodyache is expected after unaccustomed exercise or you may be having a viral infection.
