Brief Answer:
You can take antiemetic and get your blood test done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic about your health care.
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Vomiting in early pregnancy is very common and occurrs due to hormonal changes.
You can take doxinate plus after consulting your treating doctor.
You can take some antacid also.
You should drink a lot of water and get your CBC count done to see your Hb (to rule out anemia).
For breathlessness you can sleep in left lateral position.
Hope found useful, review with reports?
Have you done your thyroid profile and pelvic ultrasound, review with those reports also.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
