Question : i believe i have experienced stomach flu, i was vomiting had stomach cramps and diarrhea. it been three days now i feel ok, my diarrhea is a dark green. should i be concerned or is this common

Your description shows that you could be having viral diarrhoea.
The colour of the stool indicates that the infection is still perisisting.
But if there is no more vomiting or fever there is nothing to worry .
If it persists for two or three more days please get a stool analysis and culture done.
Meanwhile hydrate yourself adequately and over the counter pro biotics should help.
