What Causes Sexual Arousal While Withholding Urine?

default
Posted on Mon, 23 Mar 2015
Question: I am assuming a sexologist is a person who studies sexual issues. I have two very new sexual issues. I have become very excited with urination and places to urinate. I have urinated in different areas of my house such as the basement, lower level, trashcans, bathroom floor. sinks, bathtub, bed, diapers (lots of diapers, about 5 a day), public, and urinating on my hand as I masturbate. I cannot seem to masturbate enough. Also, I love to fill my bladder as much as I can possibly take and then let go of my pee slowly and methodically either into my diaper or if I am not in my diaper just in my pants especially in public. Why am I having this problem? I have a diaper on right now and am slowly releasing my pee as I write this question.

Brief Answer:
pleasure to pressure and increased blood flow.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome here.
I can understand your concerns.

I will try to explain this arousal associated to withholding urine in simple terms:

When the bladder swells up, it sometimes presses on the uterus and vagina.
This also diverts more blood to pelvis.
This pressure can cause pleasure in some people.

The full bladder also raises prostaglandins in body causing arousal.

Also, urethra is a little below where the clitoris is, and the muscles that contract to close the urethra can also contract against the clitoris causing the feeling of pleasure.

The possible reason for pain could be:
Urinary tract infection
or

minor tears in your bladder, uterus or vagina due to pressure.

So i would suggest you stop withholding urine for long. This might be harmful in future.
I would advice you to go for a urine examination as well.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
