Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be due to lorazepam.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for using Healthcare Magic.
The dose of lorazepam you take is low and will not be having an effect by time you are getting up in the morning. The usual dose of insomnia is 2 to 4mg. Therefore, there is likely to be another cause for your shakiness.
It would be difficult to suggest what the cause may be as there are many causes for shakiness.
If the shakiness is affecting your mobility and quality of life, I suggest you see your doctor for examination and investigation.
I hope this is of help. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
