Question : I have one small shallow lesion located on my perineum. It's painful like a tear, as if I wiped too hard. No itching, no drainage, no blood, no scab, no discoloration. Could this just be a dermatitis or a fissure? I had a new partner in February. The last time we were active was 21 days ago. No vaginal discharge or odor, no painful urination. No pelvic pain. No other lesions.

Dermatitis likley

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
I have reviewed the photograph.

Does it seem to be any sort of STD? Chancroid? I didn't see any lesions on my partner. He said he was clean. There is no fluid or discharge from the lesion.
