What Causes Sharp And Radiating Pain In The Left Arm?
Question: ive been having sharp and radiating pain down my left arm for a few weeks now. Could this be more serious than a pinched nerve in my neck?

Good evening. I'm not clear from what you wrote whether the symptoms of sharp radiating pain down the left arm began PRIOR to the neck manipulations or as a RESULT of neck manipulations over the past 3 weeks?
It's really not possible to say with certainty what your symptoms are or aren't without doing an examination on you and without doing some potential testing such as an imaging study of the neck vs. an electrical study.
If I were your neurologist, after an examination and history I might also request that you get some blood work in terms of Vitamin B12, Vit. D, D2, and D3.
I would highly recommend that you receive a neurological examination first and I would counsel against any further chiropractic adjustments of the neck since these can potentially cause very serious complications of stroke and even death from embolism due to dissection of delicate blood vessels in the neck....and as age increases the chances of such a complication increases as well.
