Question : Back in February I went to doctor for flu like symptoms when I got to doctor office I went to pee in bathroom and I got a sharp burning pain In my penis so I told the doctor why I was there they did a urine test said no uti and gave me Tamaflu for my flu symptoms which is what I went to doctor for I had no burning in penis till I got to doc office. The burning pain did not go away it would burn after I pee no pain tho while I was peeing so after a week or two of burning pain in penis I made a doc apt my doc said it could be a uti and gave me 10 day corse of cipro and a z pack and said if it did not go away to come back. So after taking the antibiotics the burning pain was still there so I went back he did a urine culture and said everything looked fine also tested for stds all came back negative. So then I made and apt with a urologist he also did a urine culture which came back fine and they tested to make sure I empty my bladder when I pee and he said I empty my whole bladder he did say it could be a narrowing in my uretha. He suggested I wait a few weeks to see if the pain went away after not going away I went back to urologist and he looked at all the results agine and said his not sure what is causing it cause I'm emptying my bladder and my urine test was fine he said he would look up my uretha but did not think it would do any good that he would not find anything wrong and gave me a alpha blocker to relax my bladder to see if that would work I took the alpha blocker and it made the pain worst in my penis near my anus so I stopped taking it. Sense then I have not been back to a doctor the pain lasted a few more weeks and one nite I had a clear liqued come out my penis was only one time this happened the pain went away for about month but has came back but this time I have noticed I get jolts of pain in my anus sometimes or a light burning in my anus that only last a few seconds to a min. The pain in my penis will sometimes burn even if I have not pee or after I pee it will burn and the pain will pretty much go away to a light burning pain but then it will go to a more burning pain out of no were what could this be.

Brief Answer:
Could be due to Prostatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Chronic Prostatitis (Infection of Prostate )

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) What is your age ?
2) Do you have any more urinary symptoms like frequency.urgency. nocturia etc apart from burning urination?
3) Do you have painful ejaculation?

The pain in perineal region ( around anus ) with burning urination is strongly suspected to be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis).

Please discuss with your Urologist regarding possibility of Prostatitis and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis.
1) Semen Culture and sensitivity.
2) Swab test and Culture of a discharge from urethra obtained after doing prostate massage .
3) Serum PSA
4) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

In the mean while take antibiotics like combination of Sulphamethoxazole and Trimethoprim. along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Ensure to drink more water,

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask me I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Sometimes I have frequent urgency to use the bathroom but not all the time I've had this problem tho sense a kid my parents always took a coffe can with us cause they said I pee a lot. It does not hurt our anything when I ejaculation.im 29 years old.It does seem tho that the pain in penis does get worst if I stress over it or keep thinking about it. I do get up at nite to pee prolly once a night sometimes more but some nites I don't have to get up to pee.
