Question : why do I get a sharp burning pain in my left breast followed by a hot flush then have to pass a stool ?

possibly due to oesophageal reflux.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case.
I would like to give differential diagnosis.
There is possibility of oesophageal reflux leading to severe sudden pain and parasympathetic stimulation leading to stool motion.
upper GI endoscopy and reflux study will help to diagnose.
Another possibility of cardiac related pain.
clinical examination and ekg will rule out the cause.
Are you in perimenopausal period. ?
