Brief Answer:
Urinary infection and kidney stones should be ruled out.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Urinary tract infection and kidney stones should be ruled out in your case. You can go for an urine routine examination and ultrasound of pelvis and abdomen to rule out this. Bowel irritation and diarrhea is possible in this case also.

In case of infection antibiotic therapy will be required. For my patients with such condition I would recommend taking antibiotics like norfloxacin and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if necessary after culture report. Taking cranberry juice or barley water is good to dilute urine. Disodium hydrogen citrate or potassium citrate syrup in water is also good to relieve symptoms.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
