Question : I swallowed a narrow piece of chicken bone at supper - felt some sharp pain below navel when I went to bed - not hurting now. Anything I should do or not do?

You do not need to do anything. In most cases swallowed hard piece gets excreated without any problems. Especially small piece of bone.
Usually it takes 24 to 48 hours. Just be aware about suddent very strong sharp abdominal pain. But I am pretty sure nothing will happen.
