Question : I am 37 year old male 6' 230 lbs am having sharp pain from right side radiating down to groin area, no fever

Mostly such kind of pain is due to Ureteric Stone.
I need a few more details to help you better:
1. Since when are you having this pain?
2. Is it on Right lower abdomen?
3. Is the pain colicky?
4. Any history of burning in urine associated?
5. Have you passed stools since your pain has started?
6. Are you passing enough urine?

Still with the available details, it seems to be due to stone in the urinary tract.

I suppose you should consult a doctor and get following investigations:

1. Ultrasound Abdomen with KUB.

2. Liver and Kidney Function Test.

3. Serum Uric Acid levels.

Till you get medical help you might take Drotaverine tablet for pain.
