Brief Answer:
symptoms warrant a cardiologist opinion

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your query.
I think I would be able to help you.

THE symptoms of the query are quite suggestive of a cardiac condition. The symptoms are usually more extensive but they can be more localised like yours. The symptoms of left sided pain should always be considered a cardiac issue unless ruled out by further detailed testing.

I therefore suggest testing with ECG, ECHO and if needed TMT.

I would suggest that you visit a cardiologist as soon as possible.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information helps you. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
