I want to know little detail about your illness
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your question. Sharp pain in young age is due to either tendon problem or a nerve compression. Before I suggest you any thing I would like to know little detail about your illness.
1.Since when you are having this pain?
2.Is it present when you are sleeping or when you do any work?
3.Is it increase when you feel anxious?
Please send me answers of these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks

I had it before but it's at random times ..then goes away. Like i remember having months ago then it disappeared. I'll have this type of pain once within months at a time . This is different because it stayed longer , like close to a minute off & on then went away.. I notice it while doing something or afterwards. & yes it does get more aggravated when i panic about it
