
What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Part From Neck To Heart?

Question: Hello Dr,
I have completed 6 months course of TB and i felt good till i was taking medicin.But my dr suggested give up the medicin as i have completed 6 months.Some days ago i felt again fever arround 99. What could be the reason.
Is this due to high liver enzymes.
Second thing is that i feel sharp pain in left part from neck to heart sometimes.What could be the reason.

So get done repeat liver enzyme ( SGPT and SGOT ).
And for your chest pain, it seems muscular mostly. because your last chest x ray was normal. So pulmonary cause appears less likely. And you are too young for cardiac cause, so no need to worry much for major cardiac and pulmonary causes for your chest pain.
So, muscular cause is more likely in your case.
