Brief Answer:
Likely to be musculoskeletal pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

Going by description of pain, it is likely to be due to musculosketal pain associated with muscle spasm. I would suggest you the following

1. Absolute bed rest: Lying on firm mattress will be helpful

2. Analgesics like Ibuprofen will be helpful

3. Hot water fomentation either by using hot water bag or cloth immersed in hot water and applied to the affected will be helpful

If the pain is still persistent , then possibility of ureteric colic needs to be considered and ruled out. Exact cause will depend on through clinical examination.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
