Question : I am a 69-year old female. I don't know if I've eaten something wrong, but suddenly I have a sharp pain in the middle of my tummy for the past 2 hours. I'm also feeling nausea. I've had a Vizylac and Digene liquid. I still feel awful. Please help!

For pain relief you can take cyclopam (dicyclomine+paracetamol).
You may require a course of antibiotics if it is due to food poisoning.
