Question : I am a 69-year old female. I don't know if I've eaten something wrong, but suddenly I have a sharp pain in the middle of my tummy for the past 2 hours. I'm also feeling nausea. I've had a Vizylac and Digene liquid. I still feel awful. Please help!

Brief Answer:
Food poisoning likely cause

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

This could probably be due to food poisoning.
For pain relief you can take cyclopam (dicyclomine+paracetamol).
You may require a course of antibiotics if it is due to food poisoning.

I would advise you to consult your doctor even after you get relief with these medications.

I hope that answers your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
