                                    Brief Answer:
Most probably this is due to weak bones and muscles
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your pain is most probably due to weak bones and muscles. In your age due to post menopausal hormonal changes, there is lack of calcium and vitamin D3 in body. This causes osteoporosis and weak muscles.
It is good that you are not having any other medical illness. I would suggest you to Avoid taking Brufen more then 5 times in a month as it is toxic for kidney. I would suggest you to take following vitamins and minerals.
1.Calcium 1000 mg daily.
2.Vitamin D3 60000 unit once a week for six weeks.
3. Tablet Methylcobal 1500 microgram daily for six months.
These vitamins will improve your muscle and bone strength and will prevent such type of pain. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
