It is subconjunctival hemorrhage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam
Welcome to Health care magic.
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
It seems from the history that you are having a red dot on the white part of the eye because of streak of blood and you also noticed blood in the lower fornix of the eye.
This is because of broken blood vessel resulting in collection of blood under the conjunctiva and is called as subconjunctival hemorrhage.
No need to worry, this will resolve by 4-7 days on its own and generally no treatment is required.
You can do cold compression over closed eyelids for symptomatic relief.
If you have diminution of vision associated with this then you need to consult your doctor, otherwise no need to worry.
Hope the information is helpful to you.
Thank you
