Brief Answer:
can be shoulder rotator cuff further degeneration

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
Due to compression of nerve root there can be sharp pain in shoulder.
Also there can be large disc bulge which is compressing over spinal cord.

I will advise you clinical examination and accordingly investigation like MRI cervical spine or shoulder will help.

There can be shoulder rotator cuff further degeneration as previously you have done shoulder arthroscopy.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give you relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

If you have symptoms on left side it can be cardiac related.
After clinical examination by your treating doctor he may advise ECG or blood investigation or 2-D ECHO.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.

Could it be possible that after having an arthroscopic surgery on that left shoulder that I need another one? This was done in 2010. Last year I had it re-xrayed and I had more fluid and additional bone spurs. Do you 1ever get more than 1 arthroscopic surgery on same shoulder? Do you ever have to put a shoulder replacement in? I have so many other medical problems dealing with my neck, back and shoulder. I am dealing with sharp pains going down both legs. Left side is worse along with left hip. Sciatica is pinched=pain is horrendous. I went to Chriopractor and my Dr. put me on 5 days of predisones. I don't know who to see next with so many problems. I also have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc, degenerative arthritis, scoliosis, etc. Where next?
