Question : I have sharp pain in my chest. My Dr. has told me that I have something called Costal Chondrica and they have never been concerned when I have had symptoms before. However, this hurts really bad .
Brief Answer:
Costochondritis. Conservative treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
You could be having Costochondritis or inflammation of the rib to chest junction.
Apply warm packs to the affected region. Apply pain killer gel like Volini gel. Take Tablet Ibuprofen 400mg twice a day after meals for 5 days.
Try this for 5 days. It should subside. If you, you can get a steroid shot or physiotherapy ultrasound therapy.
I hope I have answered your query.
I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
