Brief Answer:
EKG . please give feedback

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history of 2 sharp pains in left breast, mastectomy 9 years ago and implants, other history. Pain is not in the chest wall.
The probable reasons could be:
From heart.
Local cause in breast, like inflammation of the remnant tissue after mastectomy.
I would adnise you the following:
Get an EKG done as the pain is on left side, irrespective of location in left breast. This is the only way to rule out cardiac pain which can occur in any form.
Clinical evaluation, actual examination and ultrasound to find the actual cause.
Please mention which type of implant is used.
Any reduction in size or enlargement?
Any bruise?
Ant local tenderness?
Any other symptoms or findings that you have noted?
