Question : A very sharp pain in left hip. it starts in the groin area then gets worse. is it possible to call an explain it? I can walk but getting up and sitting down is very painful.

Thanks for the query,

It is possible that you could be having arthritis of the hip.

Avoid cross leg sitting, climbing stairs and kneeling.

Do get a Xray of the hip to confirm.

Avoid too much of Advil as they can also cause stomach ulcers (Alternatively you may take Tylenol after some food).
