Brief Answer:
Can be a part of PMS

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have been gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The generalized mild ache and cramps in the lower abdomen is most likely the part of pms.
However, if the pain is localised, then an internal examination and ultrasound of the lower abdomen should be done to rule out any lesion such as ovarian cyst, pelvic infection.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Can wait for 2-3 cycles

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
yes, ovarian cyst are common in premenstrual phase.
If the pain is not severe, then you can wait for 2-3 cycles to see the pattern of pain and its association with the phase of the menstrual cycle, and get your ultrasound done in August.
