Question : Sharp pain in the lower left side of my stomach.Like contraction when having a baby pain. You can feel it tighten like muscle cramps.
Brief Answer:
Possible diverticulitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If such pain persist for more than 2 days then this can be diverticulitis, inflammation of large bowel. If pain is radiating to genitals and located more laterally to kidneys then it can be urocolic pain. I suggest to rest, have easier foodmore liquids, take spasmex. If pain progress or fever occur, you should see doctor and do CT scan or colonoscopy. Wish you good health. Regards
