Question : My husband in good health has had several back auguries co of sharp pain in lower lumbar area for several second then went away later same thing in groin area later still in neck . With some confusion behavior in between should I b concerned?

The onset is sudden sharp pain as pointed by you in three different regions and passing off in seconds from back and now in neck and groin and confusion behavior may be calling for to attend ER or doctors visit
Sometimes viral fevers onset is somewhat with similar symptoms
He may take tylenol tablets twice a day till doctors consultation is sought.He may also be asked to rest for the day, and stay relaxed.

if reappearance of symptoms , take him to ER
