Question : I have a sharp pain on the right side of my head that starts at the neck and s just a flash of pain but it's been going on every minute or so since this afternoon,

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
This can be pain of trigeminal neuralgia or gaint cell arteritis.
You can take pain killers like aceclofenac or naproxen for relief.
If the symptoms persists or reoccurs then you need an examination by a neurologist and investigation as required.
